* Take advantage of convenient departure options in INDIANA, ILLINOIS, IOWA or MINNESOTA as we make our way to the Chicagoland area.
* Check into our Chicagoland hotel for a 2-night stay.
* Savor dinner together as we get to know each other.

June 8

* Visit the Obama Presidential Center Museum, housed within the Barack Obama Presidential Center. Here, we’ll explore the promise and power of democracy through the legacy of President and Mrs. Obama.
* Embark on a guided tour of Chicago, focusing on the 44th President of the United States - Barack Obama.
* Enjoy dinner on your own before we return to the hotel.

June 9

* Travel to Springfield, IL, where we will visit the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Museum. This state-of-the-art facility is dedicated to the life and legacy of our 16th President.
* Visit the Lincoln Home National Historic Site, a four-block neighborhood with a variety of historic exhibits.
* We make our way to Lincoln's Tomb where he is buried with his wife, Mary, and three of their four sons. (Their eldest son is buried in Arlington National Cemetery.)
* At dinner together, we may have a surprise visitor.

June 10

* Depart for St. Joseph, MO, where we will visit Missouri Western State University and the Walter Cronkite Memorial.
* Visit the Planetarium at the university for a celestial show.
* Dine together before our two-night stay in St. Joseph, MO.

June 11

* We will depart for Independence, MO, for a guided tour of the Harry S. Truman Library and Museum. Since opening in 1957, it has preserved and shared the history of Harry Truman’s life through its research library and galleries.
* Returning to St. Joseph, we will visit the Pony Express National Museum, Patee House Museum, and Jesse James Home Museum.
* We will have dinner together before returning to our hotel.

June 12

* Travel to West Branch, IA, to visit the newly reimagined Herbert Hoover Presidential Library & Museum and explore the extraordinary lives of Herbert and Lou Henry Hoover.
* Enjoy dinner together before our overnight in Coralville, IA.

June 13

* We will start our journey home and return to our departure locations as we share wonderful memories and photos.
