September 19

* Travelers departing from IOWA, MINNESOTA, or ILLINOIS, take advantage of a transfer to our 'gathering overnight' hotel in Alsip, IL. Remaining travelers can arrive on their own at the hotel for a complimentary night or join the group on September 20 from one of our identified Indiana departure locations.
* For those spending the night at the Alsip hotel, get acquainted with fellow travelers and your tour manager, and enjoy a complimentary breakfast the next morning.

September 20

* Relax and enjoy the scenery as we travel to Erie, PA.
* We’ll share dinner before our overnight in Erie, PA.

September 21

* We’ll visit the Made in America Store, then enjoy the must do Maid of the Mist boat ride at Niagara Falls!
* Enjoy the rest of the day to explore in Niagara Falls before our restful overnight stay there.

September 22

* Enjoy a leisurely journey through Vermont’s landscape.
* Upon arrival, we’ll dine together before our overnight at The Grand Hotel, Killington, VT.

September 23

* Today, we’ll meet our local Vermont guide before visiting the Green Mountain Sugar House and a sample tasting.
* Visit Plymouth Notch, birthplace of Calvin Coolidge, then enjoy free time and a bagged lunch in Woodstock.
* After a photo stop at Quechee Gorge, Vermont’s "Little Grand Canyon," we’ll head to Campton, NH, for dinner and the first of our two-night stay at the Best Western Inn.

September 24

* We’ll meet our local New Hampshire guide this morning and travel along the Kancamagus National Scenic Byway with a photo stop at the Pemigewasset Overlook.
* Take a Loon Mountain Gondola Ride while spectacular White Mountain National Forest views surround us.
* Enjoy free time and lunch on your own in North Woodstock.
* Before dinner together, we’ll drive through Franconia Notch State Park, passing the Old Man of the Mountain site with photo stops at the Mt. Washington Hotel and The Basin.

September 25

* Arriving in Maine, our local guide will greet us with a Kennebunkport tour and a drive past the Bush compound.
* Enjoy free time and lunch on your own in Dock Square.
* Next, we’ll board a lobster boat to learn from Maine lobstermen and see Walker’s Point, the Dark Shadows House, and Bumpkin Island’s sea birds and seals.
* We’ll dine together before a restful night - the first of two nights at the Hampton Inn - Wells, ME.

September 26

* This morning, our guide accompanies us to Boothbay Harbor for a narrated cruise passing lighthouses, small islands, and spotting seals on rocky ledges.
* Donning our souvenir lobster hats, we’ll enjoy a Maine lobster lunch. (An alternate selection will be available.)
* Our next stop will be the Maine Maritime Museum, a historic shipyard with numerous hands-on exhibits.
* Traveling to Freeport, enjoy time and have dinner on your own at Freeport Village, home of sporting goods king L.L. Bean and numerous outlet shops.

September 27

* This morning, we’ll travel to Massachusetts, "the Bay State," and step back in time at Old Sturbridge Village.
* Before our overnight at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Sturbridge, MA, we’ll enjoy a "Fireplace Feast" featuring prime rib roasted over a crackling cherry wood fire and homemade apple pie for dinner at Salem Cross Inn.

September 28

* Watch Pennsylvania’s countryside on our journey home.
* We’ll share dinner before our overnight in Lewisburg, PA.

September 29

* Travelers departing the tour in INDIANA, welcome back to your departure locations.
* Travelers continuing to Illinois, Iowa, and Minnesota, enjoy a relaxing overnight in Mishawaka, IN.

September 30
